As an experienced strategist and trusted partner to dozens of leaders, I work with teams to analyze opportunities and gaps, define and communicate priorities, and co-create the systems that are needed for both organizational growth and stability.

With my extensive and versatile background, I bring a deep understanding of both macro-level ecosystems as well as the invisible problems that keep teams stuck, and I can also offer the ability to pivot into additional services if needed.

Because I’m a fractional consultant, I define and deliver what is needed with a holistic perspective, on a pre-determined timeline, with no strings attached. I offer services on project and retainer bases.

All my services are meant to support strategic planning and operationalization. Each client engagement is unique to the specific organization. For examples, my services may include:

  • Developing clear, actionable roadmaps to support teams in strategic execution

  • Conducting strategic analyses such as stakeholder listening tours, culture audits, landscape analysis, cost/benefit/risk assessments, scenario planning, etc.

  • Partnering with and advising executives

  • Planning and executing internal and/or board communications

  • Creating infrastructures and building systems including to support data-based decision making and reporting (e.g. OKRs, KPIs, dashboards)

  • Managing special initiative projects (launches/expansions, rebrands/redesigns, policy initiatives, etc.)
